The Common While lilac is anything but common! It's a wonderful old fashioned shrub with vigorous growth and attractive upright form. It blooms lovely, single white flowers that are richly scented paired with light blue-green foliage. The blooms arrive mid-spring to early summer. The Common White lilac is very similar to the Common Purple lilac. This bush makes for a wonderful informal screen or hedge in the landscape. These make wonderful cut flowers! Mature growth is around 10-12' tall and wide.
